The European Union currently stands at the edge of a very dangerous cross roads, with threats from both the Eurasian steppe and the other side of the Atlantic. It is necessary then, for the total rearmament of the continent and militarization of society in order to preserve true European interests, the point stands whose real interests are those; the interests on international capital? or of the European worker?

Rearmament as a Political necessity

Ever since the reignition of the Russo-ukranian war in 2022, there has been talk among some members of the European Union about rearmament and he necessity of preparedness in case of open military conflict. However as the Biden administration in the United States was a close supporter of the Ukranian state and bankrolled most of the armament requirements that the Ukranian army needed to keep on the fight, the European Union with its characteristic beaurocratic ethos did not see the necessity for the remilitarization of the continent.

However thing took a different course when the Republican party led by Donald Trump won the American federal Elections in November of 2024, carrying the House and Senate too; the american people had intrinsically made their voice heard, no more foreign aid, which the Trump administration was more than happy to oblige (except for the case of Israel). Thus, this 3rd of March, the Trump administration froze all military aid to ukraine, which they were disposed to renew if Ukraine signed of a rare earth deal which was akin to thuggish robbery. The picture was made clear in that very instant, America had the same imperialistic designs in Europe as the Russian state did.

The opportunities of rearmament

With the exception of the Yugoslav wars of the 90’s there has not been a great sized military conflict the 2º World War, this shift in a continent that owes it’s greatness to inter-state wars had grave and poignant effects on society. after the end of the war we saw the disapearance of colonial empires, the gradual desintegration of the industrial base, the debasement of the middle class and abandonment of the working classes of Europe, all of this oversaw by a managerial class with political aims utterly alien to the european people.

Nevertheless from the crucible of struggle arises the great, the situation in which we find ourselves in is a gift, as of today, Europe has the ability again to reshape itself according to the traditions and culture that is true to itself, free from imposed american ideologies and ideals, all of this is to be borne out of the bedrock of industry and military independence.

What little we know

Of course as it stands this is a situation in rapid development so we should make a quick recount of the facts that we know, which are the following ones; The military industrial complex of Europe, such as Rheinmetal, etc. is undergoing a surge in the markets, at the expense of the american ones. We also know that the geopolitical threat of Russia is ever present, with European policy makers believing that a confrontation is likely before 2030. We also know that the European defense conglomerates are open to provide Europe with its own military equipment, free from possible American meddling. Lastly that the Europan Union is undergoing a rapid military expense frenzy.

Problems and Solutions

The biggest obstacle for European rearmament is European will. As we have seen before Europe has been 80 years at peace, which has accommodated itself into a confortable life, which has made them reticent for bigger military expenditures at the expense of the welfare state. We must also take into account the quantity of effectives in the military of their respective countries, if we take the example of Spain we can see the following data; Spain has 117,600 troops in its military, representing a ratio of 2.4 soldiers per 1,000 inhabitants. The European average is 3.6 soldiers per 1,000 inhabitants. We can understand then, that if the European continent is to be secured and independent we need to grow exponentialy our armies.

But how do we achieve this? We, the «Hoi Polloi» are put in an exquisite situation, since the growth of parliamentary democracty in the second half of the 20th century, the upper class has prided itself in «speaking on behalf of all its citizenry» however, this is false and we know it, «democracy» has been an excuse which has allowed international capital to do as it wilt with Europe, this fact however might soon change.

WE IMPOSE that if our dirigent class wants us to remilitarize and die on behalf of a goverment that has made it clear that does not in the slightest care for us, that things must change. And in order to make it so WE PROPOSE the following points:

1- Syndicalist Revolutionary democracy. Akin with the Charter of Carnaro we want to replace the senate with the house of labour, every citizen above the age of 17 MUST be enrolled into a syndicate of labor which most represents his work, with the capacity to elect it’s own representatives at the National and European level.

2- Nationalism: We want the European nations to rekindle their true values, we want to see Europe free from foreing American and other malign influences.

3- A stop for immigration: Coming from the United States, Canada, Australia or Ghana, which ever the place does not matter, immigration should be halted in all except its more undisputable necessities (like asylum to important international figures or people which would benefit the state).

3- A Roman System of military service: Every single soldier in this continent should be made to him free housing, as thanks for his period of service to the fatherland.

4- For each Soul- a plot of land: Every single native family should be made master of the land they inhabit, WE MUST assign a plot of land to the native peoples so the are made stake holders of the system that they hoist.

5- Socialism: Europe should strive to follow the path to socialism.

6- Rehabilitation through military: Each man that has commited a lesser crime should be able to make up its sentence on special units in the military, with full pay and military honors, let in service be found penance.

So a tribune who injures the people can be no longer sacred or inviolable on the people’s account. He destroys that power in which alone his strength lay. If it is just for him to be invested with the tribunal authority by a majority of tribes, is it not more just for him to be deposed by the suffrages of them all? What is more sacred and inviolable than the offerings in the temples of the gods? yet no one pretends to hinder the people from making use of them, or removing them, whenever they please. And, indeed, that the tribune’s office is not inviolable or unremovable, appears from hence, that several have voluntarily laid it down, or been discharged at their own request.
